order to keep ownership of your domain name, you are responsible for the
initial registration fee of $25 and subsequent yearly renewal fees.

will notify you prior to when the yearly renewal fee is due so you may
have adequate time to submit your payment. If you do not pay for your
renewal fee on time, your registration will be cancelled and you will no
longer own your domain name.

have certain responsibilities in owning a domain name. You

to either applicable laws or customary acceptable usage policies

You
may not use your domain name in
connection with unlawful activity.
As
is normal practice with domain name registration, website design, and
website hosting, you will hold designspinner.com harmless for any
disputes, claims, loss of business or damages.
